1. Right to withdraw from purchase
According to the Consumer Protection Act, every customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the ordered products, without giving a reason.
The right of withdrawal is exercised through a clearly expressed written statement sent by e-mail or through the contact form on the nayomi.bg website.
2. Product return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:

to be unused ;

be in its original packaging ;

be in an unimpaired commercial condition ;

be accompanied by a receipt and/or invoice ;

not be expired;
-
not opened or tested (where applicable).
⚠️ For hygiene reasons , products that have been opened, used or with damaged packaging are not eligible for return, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
3. Non-returnable products
Non-refundable:

opened or used cosmetic products;
-
products with impaired hygienic packaging;
-
expired products;
-
products returned after the 14-day period has expired.
4. Return costs
The costs of returning the product are at the customer's expense , except in cases where:

the wrong product was received;
-
the product is defective;
-
the product was damaged during delivery due to the fault of the merchant or courier.
In these cases, Nayomi OOD bears all costs of return or replacement.
5. Refunds
After receiving and reviewing the returned product, "Nayomi" Ltd. refunds the amount paid within 14 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Recovery is carried out through:

bank transfer;

the same payment method used for the initial payment (where applicable).
🚚 Initial delivery costs are not refundable unless the return is due to the merchant's fault.
6. Claims for damaged or missing shipments
The customer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt , in the presence of the courier.
If any deficiencies or damages are found:

a report of findings is drawn up with the courier;

The customer should contact nayomi.bg immediately.
Claims for transport damage will not be accepted without a report.
