GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Nayomi" Ltd. , hereinafter referred to as Nayomi , on the one hand, and the users of electronic (internet) pages and services available at the domain www.nayomi.bg , referred to as the "Site" for short, on the other hand.

These General Terms and Conditions bind all users of the online store nayomi.bg .

By clicking on any object, link or button located on the pages of the site (except for the link to these General Terms and Conditions), the user declares that he is familiar with, accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

III. USER PROFILE REGISTRATION

Registering a user profile on nayomi.bg is not mandatory to use the site or place orders. Registration provides additional benefits such as:

  • saving delivery data;

  • order history and status;

  • faster completion of future orders;

  • participation in promotions and loyalty programs.

When registering, you are required to enter: first and last name, email address, contact phone number and password.

By checking the box "I agree to the General Terms and Conditions", the user makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services Act that he accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username and password.

IV. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data provided by users is processed solely for the purpose of:

  • execution of orders;

  • delivery of products;

  • communication with the client;

  • sending information and marketing messages (with explicit consent).

"Nayomi" Ltd. guarantees that personal data will not be provided to third parties, except in cases provided for by law (courier companies, accounting, etc.).

The user has the right at any time to request correction or deletion of their personal data.

V. ORDERS

Orders at nayomi.bg are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The ordering process includes:

  1. Adding products to the cart;

  2. Order review;

  3. Entering delivery and payment data;

  4. Order confirmation.

After finalizing the order, the user receives a confirmation at the specified email address.

VI. PRICES

All prices on the site are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT.

Nayomi reserves the right to change prices at any time. The change does not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

In the event of a technical error in the price, the merchant has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

VII. PROBLEMS WITH ORDER FULFILLMENT

The order may not be fulfilled if:

  • lack of availability;

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery details;

  • inability to contact the client;

  • Unreceived payment (for bank transfer).

In the event of a problem due to the merchant's fault, all additional costs are at the expense of Nayomi .

VIII. PAYMENT METHODS

  • Payment upon delivery (cash on delivery);

  • Bank transfer;

  • Other methods available on the site.

IX. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Return conditions:

  • the product must be unused;

  • in original packaging;

  • with an intact commercial appearance.

Return costs are at the customer's expense.

The amounts are refunded within 14 days.

X. COMPLAINTS

In the event of a damaged or missing shipment, the client is obliged to notify the courier upon receipt and draw up a report.

Complaints are not accepted without a protocol.

XI. COOKIES

The site uses cookies to:

  • functionality;

  • traffic analysis;

  • improving the user experience.

The user can manage cookie settings through their browser.

XII. NEWSLETTER

Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary. The user can unsubscribe at any time via a link in the email or by contacting the merchant.

XIII. CONSUMER RIGHTS

The user has the right to:

  • access to your personal data;

  • correction;

  • deletion ("right to be forgotten");

  • objection and complaint to the CPDP.
